Ein Wise Business Konto war jetzt auch nicht so sexy, weil deutsche Kontonummer oder doch nicht? und die Gebühren im Vorhinein auch etwas schwer abzuschätzen sind, ob Einziehungsaufträge möglich sind hab ich nicht rausgefunden. Sollte vllt. nochmal nachfragen..

Die RLB Kärnten hat mein Ansuchen um Kontoeröffnung absurderweise komplett abgelehnt, ohne Begründung, nachdem ich ihnen die Unterlagen, voraussichtliche Umsätze und Vereinszweck dokumentiert hab. Haben auch nicht mehr zurückgerufen (Und waren auch so schon notorisch schwer erreichbar, hat kein gutes Bild gemacht).

Hätte gern die Erste Bank gehabt (Wegen George-Onlinebanking und gutem Service), werd jetzt aber voraussichtlich zu einer kleineren Raiffeisenbank in Klagenfurt gehen und mit allen Spesen irgendwo bei 160€/Jahr landen. Lässt sich im Vorhinein ja schwer schätzen, mit den undurchsichtigen Buchungszeilen. Da müssen wir halt bald auf die geplante Mitgliederzahl wachsen, sonst muss ich was dazuzahlen.

Manche Teilnehmer wären dann in diesem Fall Mitglied der BEG und auch EEG, mit entsprechenden Prozentsätzen dahinter.

Irgendwo hab ich einmal gelesen, dass das jetzt auch möglich sei und man dafür keine zweite, eigenständige Rechtspersönlichkeit benötigt.
Oder muss dafür ein Zweigverein gegründet werden?

Hat irgendjemand bereits Erfahrungen in diesem Umfeld?

für die Gründung unserer EEG habe ich mir die Mühe gemacht die Musterverträge von  Download-Bereich – Energiegemeinschaften in eine Word Datei zu konvertieren, damit die Verträge leicht angepasst werden können. Ich habe damit erfolgreich einen Verein gegründet und vielleicht hilft es ja auch euch bei der Vertragserstellung.
